The Independent MEP Marian Harkin has
called on the EU Competition Commissioner to clarify what will happen to the
€13billion Apple tax rebate if the European Court of Justice finds against
Ireland and Apple. Ms Harkin was speaking during a debate in the European
Parliament today on the Apple tax ruling. The EU Competition Commissioner
Margrethe Vestager addressed MEPs on her recent ruling.
