Rugby World cup in Ireland would ‘create history’ – Kelly

Ireland’s hosting of the rugby world cup in
2023 would be an historical occasion that would signify how far the country has
progressed. That’s the view of the Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly who is a former
president of the GAA. Speaking from the European Parliament in Strasbourg
today, Mr Kelly is supporting the GAA’s backing of a world cup bid.
